What Causes Stools With Clear Liquid In It?

I am 48 years old, female, aprox. 250 lbs and have have a stomach band. Twice in the las week I have found a liquid (not puss - but clear liquid) filled long sack in my stools. The sack almost looks like an orange or grapefruit bit. Should I be concerned
