What Causes Strange Lump On Right Testicle?
Hi.
My boyfirend has problems with his testicles near his penis (he is hot when he is naked). It is that he found a strange lump on his right testicle. Is it the epididymis?. I checked it for him (while he was naked) and do not know what it is. Can you tell what it is? I am worried (I am not worried that I have to check it again in the shower).

Internal anatomical structure is very likely this could be spermatic cord, epididymis, lymph node, etc. if this not causing any symptoms, so this could be normal one no need to worry about this, clinical symptoms are matters, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
