last three nights I have had a very strange but potent smell that followed with a very scary body rush of almost feeling like I was gonna pass out. It kept coming in waves and then finally dissipated. The first night was only about 15 minutes but the second night was longer. Third night I was getting used to it but it is very scary and strange. The whole time through this episode, i have that 'smell' of something very strange...almost internally.

I'm afraid to go to sleep. Happens almost exactly at 4 am. It does remind me of extreme panic attacks I have had in the past where I thought I was on my way to heaven....
