Hi. I ve had a faint vibration in my left thigh for a few days now. It doesn t feel like it s the muscle, more like right under the skin. Some people said it was a calcium or magnesium defficiency, others a disc problem. Today it s happening almost non-stop. There s no pain but I m wondering what it could be. Thank you.
Hi, The way you are discribing your symptoms isn't enough to diagnose the condition but this kind of symptoms are seen in front of thigh in meralgia parasthetica, its not classically as described by u.people with meralgia tend to complain tingling/burning/pin prick/numbness etc. Sometimes in upper lumbar nerve root compression similar complain can be seen. There are other causes, but u need not worry about them. First go to neuro physician.if these symptoms are not of long duration or severe I think you will be prescribed some vitamins, pregabalins and some mild medications and with it you will see improvement.if not feel free to ask further queries. Till then don't worry, eat healthy, sleep well and stay fit.
