What Causes Strong Cramps?
when ever you are having cramps and not having your period,is that some thing to worry about?i am sexualy active but some times after i done having sexual intercourse my wome stay with a bit pain..and on my regular daily basis sometimes i get some stong cramps that lost for like 30seconds the most.

Pain and cramps in abdomen with no period. It needs to be evaluated by physical examination and investigation like USG pelvis or a vaginally swab test to find or exclude any concerning cause so as to start treatment at the earliest.
