What Causes Strong Headache Followed By Stomach Ache And Nausea?

I have had a strong headache(pulsing at the temples) and then that subsides and I get a stomach ache and a nauseous feeling. This pattern repeats itself all day and night and has been going on now for several days. It has completely disrupted my schedule because I don t think I can drive and sometimes feel so sick that I just need to be home. No fever or diarrhea, just a malaise feeling that has been serious enough to keep me home and in bed. Thank you so much for any information.

dear,
symptoms mentioned by u are suggesting about possible migraine and all other symptoms are pre aura symptoms of migraine which typically occurs before or with migraine attack.pulsating at temples are also suggestive of migraine.
i advice u to measure ur blood pressure also at it may appear in increased b.p. also.
u must visit a physician and if needed go for a ct scan if advised by physician.
for treatment u may have pain killers with sumatriptan or ergometrine group of drugs.
