What Causes Strong Odor For Urine With On And Off Fever?
Hey my daughter is almost 3 and her pee in the last couple of weeks is getting a strong odor. She is also not toilet trained yet. But the last couple days she has developed a fever that comes and goes and her appetite is the same. What could it be urinary tract infection possibly?

Strong odour of urine in the last couple of weeks duration might indicate a metabolic problem / chronic underlying infection.
So if persisting, it's better to visit pediatric nephrologist / geneticist for further evaluation and management.
