What Causes Strong Smell To Develop In Pants?

hi, i have a lot of trouble with going to the toilet and i ve been using laxatives such as senokot and also syrup of figs to try and help. I was wondering if this could have caused a strong smell to develop in my pants as i dont think there is a problem with the vaginal area?

I suggest a physical examination to a gastrologist to check for an analysis fissure because it can be a cause of the strong odor.
