What Causes Strong Smelling Urine And Pain In Right Lower Abdomen?

hi i am writing because i have had a problem for months now . about 8 - 9 months or so ago i went to doctor sure that i needed meds cause of a kidney infection because i had very strong smelling urine . well the test was neg . and they said i was probely dehydrated so i went home havent been drinking hardly any alch. or sodas . well here i am months later and stilly smelly . its so bad some time esp. in the morning i cant hardly stand it . i also have pain in my right lower and mid . aprox right side . i have had a tubal years ago and have been tender there since but this is diff. it is like a dull pain some times strong . i will say i am tired alot and my vison has started to mess with me , gets blurry at times . any help would be apprec. much
