What Causes Strong Vaginal Odour?

I have been tested for BV, yeast infection, and STDs and have been clean on all of them. I know I am likely dehydrated--I don t drink nearly enough of any fluids during the day. I have been experiencing a strong vaginal odor for a long while now. For a long time, it was like it was regular odor but extremely concentrated (boyfriend even commented on it being super salty). Recently it has been even stronger and can smell me from across the room. I went to the doctor and everything came back clean. What can it be?

Hello,

I think the odor may come from urinary incontinence. Taking count that all vaginal tests come out negative you may have urinary leaking that causes the smell. You can also try to be more hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
