What Causes Stuffiness In Nose?
My nose has been constantly stuffy ever since I had my Adenoids and Tonsils removed, in my left nostril if I blow hard enough a glob of clear gooey snot comes out and it sticks to itself in a glob. There is mold in my house and I think that may be a cause, but this has been ongoing for about 2 years.

Your symptoms could be very well due to allergy.A nasal spray would be beneficial in such case .Please consult your ent doctor
