What Causes Sub Chorionic Hematoma?
I am 8 weeks pregnant and was told I have a sub chorionic hematoma. The baby is doing fine with a heartbeat of 161 bpm. Did I cause this too happen? Was it from the argument I had with my husband the other night. Last week, I didn't have the hematoma..it kind of popped out of no where. The hematoma is below the baby and not above I was told. Can anyone give me any info on this??

There is no known cause for a SCH but many researchers speculate that during egg implantation, the egg slightly separates or tears from the uterus causing a bleed. There is nothing a woman did or could have done to cause or prevent them. It occurs to pregnant women of all ages and races.So your argument is not the reason behind dis.I will suggest to consult with your obstetrician. Thank you.
