OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
subchorionic hemorrhage occur due to inadequate trophoblastic invasion which occurs from the embryo towards the uterus to anchor or implant the embryo to the uterine wall. in certain conditions like acquired or inherited thrombophilias ( APLA syndrome) this invasion is hampered and causes recurrent early pregnancy losses less than 10 week gestation. this can be detected by following test: ACLA,ANA,serum homocysteine,LAC(drvvt),prothrombin time, prothrombin mutation20210A . these would help detect APLA syndrome and further treatment and prevention can be planned by your gynae/obstetrician.
