my wife has (what appears to be) a round hematoma in the inside of her eye.....it is a round circle slightly smaller than a dime in inside corner of her eye.....all other parts of eye are white. My wife has glaucoma and we are concerned as she had to remove contacts and come home from work...she is in pain....she does not recall any injury or sneazing/coughing.....
it can descend in developmental space of lid due to injury in lid or fore head. it is self limiting . notreatment is requeired can apply cold compression it will slowly disolve and absorved
