my daughter has sudden onset of abdominal pain. Seems to be more on the right side then the left, but it is all over pain. She was fine and then all the sudden felt sick, had a bowel movement and then started cramping. She is not running a fever but is very pale and clammy. OBGYN 's  Response
Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

From the description of the pain and other symptoms that you have mentioned, her symptoms can be mostly due to acute appendicitis.
Second, differential diagnosis can be renal tract calculus.

I will suggest that she should get her USG done. Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for antispasmodic like Dicyclomine and tablets containing Ofloxacin and Ornidazole combination for 5 to 7 days.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
