General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Sudden blood in the stool may be from fissure or hemorrhoid condition, which requires an examination with a consultant surgeon for proctoscopy evaluation. Primary relief with sitz bath, dietary measures to avoid spices, bulk-forming laxatives if hard stools.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
