What Causes Sudden Blurred Vision?

I am a 58 yr old female in great physical shape ( I run 3 miles 5x s a week). Tonight while watching tv I noticed my left eye got very blurred. When I went to rub it lightly it wouldn t clear up. I went to take out my contact and found that it was blood. Not a lot but enough to temporarily blurr my vision. My eye seems ok now but feels a little scratchy like something is in it. Should I be alarmed?

it was a problem related to your constant use of contact lens. must be having dry eye syndrome. remove your contact lens, and start applying artificial tear drop. use your specs for some time
