What Causes Sudden Blurred Vision?

Since late Wednesday night I have had blurred and decreased vision in my left eye. It is like a bit of a 'shadow' at the top and middle of my vision, but not if I am looking downwards, No redness or swelling. peripheral vision seems ok. I had Lasix about 15+ yrs ago and see my Ophthalmologist every year.

Did you have a high myopia before LASIK? Please get your retina checked asap as this could be because of retinal problem probably affecting central part of retina called Macula
