General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
This is typical of Rigors and chills which is seen with many reasons like Viral and bacterial infections, Bacterial gastroenteritis (diarrhea), Infectious mononucleosis, Influenza, Pneumonia, Severe throat infections, Urinary tract infections such as pyelonephritis, malaria (if had a visit to African / Asian countries). I think you need to be investigated for the cause of your problem from your Physician and be treated accordingly
Take Care
