My husband sometimes feel sudden chills come over his uper body and he feel sort of faint, and then after awhile it just goes away. He feels so cold even when it hot out side and it has happens about 3 times at work, he wrks part time, is retired and is 69 yrs old. Just wondered what could cause this
Hello, It can be because of decrease thyroid hormones or some changes in dermis of the skin,as there are some receptors under skin which control body temprature,it can be because of loss of weigt too as fat works as thermal insulator.My opinion would be get thyroid profile first and discuss further with your doctor.
