What Causes Sudden Compression And Pain In My Chest?

I am a 45 yr old male, in good health. I've been suffering for about 36 hours from pain between the upper shoulder blades combined with a feeling of sudden compression and pain in the chest that last for about 15 seconds per event. My blood pressure monitor is acting up but it appears that my blood pressure is elevated at about 135/90. I have no dizziness and I can do light exercise with no change or additional discomfort. I had pain in my lower left side and back for about the past week that I thought was from moving furniture but now I don't know. Any thoughts?

Thanks
Kevin
