Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Usually, this is caused by complex congenital heart diseases, sepsis or hypoglycemia. But, your doctor needs to go through baby's records (like ECHO report, sepsis screen) and clinical details.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
