What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Fatigue With Light Chest?
I am 53, very active, under 108 pounds and 5 2 . I have frequent times where I feel very empty like there is not much air/food, like my chest is light and I get slightly dizzy or light headed and feel like I don t have as much energy as usual. I still have my monthly and sometimes it is very heavy. I already know I have low iron so I take Ferrous Sequels. I don t eat cakes, ice cream, candy or any sweets because I don t like them. Not a fan of vegetables either but I do supplement them by drinking them in a smoothie. I eat healthy. I have to eat something every couple of hours to keep the feeling like I am going to faint away. Why?
The need to eat every 2 hours to keep the feeling that you should not faint away can be due to the following reasons: Diabetes. Stress and anxiety. I would advise you the following: Consul;t a Doctor to have clinical evaluation and advise you the blood tests related to sugar, thyroid and to have counselling. If diabetes is present you have to get the proper treatment to have healthy life. The other symptoms like feeling empty like there is not much of air in the chest, and dizziness are obviously the symptoms of stress and/or anxiety. Get treated properly and you will be fine.
