Hi,

There can be various reasons for dizziness and sensation of pins and needles. It can be due to anemia, vitamin deficiencies, or low blood pressure (hypotension) or low blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia). Even stress and anxiety can also lead to such symptoms. Besides, it can be due to problems related to the neck (cervical disc disease), or muscle strain. Sometimes ear-related problems (infection, benign positional vertigo, inflammation of nerves) can also be responsible for the symptoms. Rarely We also need to rule out problems related to the heart (rhythm related disorders) and brain (infection, swelling, etc).

I feel that first of all focus on your diet. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Take plenty of water, 2-3 liters per day.Maintain proper posture especially while sleeping or working on a computer. Be relaxed. Have a good night's sleep. Go out for a walk or light exercise. If still, the symptoms do not improve then you need to go for some investigations like complete blood count, FBS, TSH, X-ray neck, ECG, and vitamin D. You may also need an ENT examination if symptoms persist. This will give you a proper diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
