What Causes Sudden Dizziness While Bending In An Elderly?

I am 66 years old and I have been feeling dizzy when I bend over, first get out of bed or just walking thru the grocery store. Here are the readings I have gotten. Friday the 10th-150/80, the 12th-148/90 and today the 13th 138/88. I recently lost my husband (12-29-16) and was wondering if that might be the cause. Thank you....

Hi,
Thanks for your question.

I do understand your pain and discomfort.

As per your history is concerned your Blood pressure is normal as per your age.so your dizziness is change of position so clinically it is [BPV] so discuss with your ENT doctor to make a canalith positioning exercise. Do it 3-4 times per day and it will go away on its own.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.

Wishing you all the best.

Thanks
