Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

This might be a vaso-vagal syncope, which can happen in dehydrated state or following prolonged standing/workouts. Next time when this happen, look carefully for any abnormal jerkiness of limbs, frothing from mouth or up rolling of eyes, which suggests seizure. In recurring cases, we need evaluation to rule out other conditions like heart rhythm abnormalities. Kindly discuss with your doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
