Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to an infection.
For this reason, it is important consulting with your doctor and performing some tests:
-a chest X ray study
- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- a urine analysis
- a urine bacterial culture.
Starting antibiotics may be needed.
In the meantime, I recommend taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen for the fever and having some rest, until your situation will improve.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
