Hi,

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about headaches. As per your history the head ache is sudden and sharp, it can be either because of too much exercision or because of low blood glucose level. These things are normal and does not need any medical intervention. In case your head ache is regular, pulsating, aggravated by movement and associated photo phobia, it can be migraine. Get you blood pressure also checked, too much blood pressure and too low are important causes of headaches. Hypoglycemia is also a physiological condition which may lead sudden headaches. You need to visit a general physician for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
