Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

Sudden loss of hearing following slapping and we ape of air on blowing nose indicates indicates injury to the dynamic membrane which is responsible for your hearing loss.
This requires treatment ny the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs in the acute episode to prevent infection and surgical repair later.
Do consult your ENT doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
