What Causes Sudden Increase In BP, Palpitations And Mild Pain In Hand?

i was diagnosed with left ventricle enlarged due to high blood pressure 2 years ago, then after taking some medication and regular exercise my bp got normal and i managed to bring my bp to normal level, but now after 2 years suddenly i my blood pressure rose dramatically and i am having palpitations and very mild pain in left hand, pls help!

Hi,

In case of such symptoms you need to refer to your physician and have an ECG done. There will be a need to revise your treatment.
If your complaints started acutely, then you should refer to ER to avoid heart attack or stroke.
