Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a TIA (transient ischemic attack) or a seizure.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam, a brain MRI and a cardiac ultrasound. It is also necessary performing an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring in order to investigate for cardiac arrhythmia.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
