What Causes Sudden Itchy Neck With Red Blotches Under Cheek?
Hi,
My two and a half year old has suddenly got an itchy neck underneath her chin which she has rubbed red and she has a red blotch on her cheek. She has never had a reaction to anything. She has just helped me glaze a pie with raw egg - is it posssible she has had a reaction to this? She eats cooked egg without any reaction.
