What Causes Sudden Loss Of Weight With Low Appetite?

Hi Im 19 5'1 male teen previously I weighed 211 pounds till I started to loose the weight, now Im at a healthy weight that varies from 125 to 129 and 127. But now Im afraid of consuming a thousand calories, I east up to 400 to 700 calories daily and between those two as well sum times I will go up to 900, I exercise daily I never eat junk food or candy, vegetables fruit and whole wheat, Can sum one help

Using only 400 to 700 calories daily would not be healthy, your body would not be able to sustain itself at that level.

Using a calorie calculator available online, for you to maintain a weight of 128 with only minimal physical activity, you can consume 1900 calories daily.
This is the amount of calories to maintain this weight with light exercise, if you exercise more than this then you can consume more calories.

If you continue to use only 400 to 700 calories then you would have very very significant weight loss and there would also be other significant effects on your body due to the decreased energy supply.
