I had sudden lower sharp pain in abdomen maybe pelvic area that felt like gas earlier today or that I needed to go to the bathroom went to bathroom nothing happened. I had already had bowel movement several times before. This happened off and on a few hours. Then felt tired and joints in hands were achy. Now I have chills and am cold but it is hot and humid outside. My temp is only 99.4. I keep having the pain in pelvic area which comes and goes. I feel weak and tired so I laid down. I just took 2 Motrin. I am 60 yrs old. This happened on same day last week except I had no pain just cold weak and tired . Should I be concerned?
