What Causes Sudden Numbness In Mouth During Sex?

Hi, I am a 27 year old mother of two girls, one 3(almost 4) and one 6 mo. old. I have only ever had one sexual partner and that is my husband and we have been sexually active together for about 7 years. A few nights ago during sex when I began to orgasm, my mouth all the sudden got numb and stayed numb for about 20 minutes. That has never happened before. Is that something to be concerned about?

HI.
There is nothing to worry about. During an orgasm the person male or female can have varied stimulation, experiences and so on.
IT is possible that the spasms of the neck muscles and hence compression of the nerves supplying the area caused numbness in your mouth.
If this repeats consult a Doctor, otherwise nothing to worry about.
