Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Your treatment is on the right track.
Acne and oily skin co-exist. Treatment of acne would benefit if skin oil production is stemmed down.
Now, the Oral capsule that you have been prescribed contains Isotretinoin, which is an excellent sebostatic i.e reduces oil production by reducing the size of sebaceous glands to 10% of there original size after a month of Oral Isotretinoin.
Isotretinoin is also comedolytic as well as antiinflammatory, therefore, it has multipronged action in acne and oily skin conditions.
Besides Oral Isotretinoin, topical antiacne treatment includes antibacterials like Clindamycin during day time.
Adapalene is a topical retinoid and is for night use.
After going through the prescribed treatment I can see that you have all the right medications prescribed and I suggest you to go ahead with it.

Regards
