Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

I agree. Heat stroke or a concussion? Any fall or knocks even ones he thinks aren't important. Acting strange and not moving are serious symptoms. He needs evaluation and possibly fluids. If for some reason you can't get him to the doctor or hospital for evaluation, you should take his temperature, continue fluids, try a lukewarm (not cold) bath with supervision.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lisa Baker, Pediatrician
