What Causes Sudden Pain In Shoulder?

I have a sudden pain in my left shoulder. I am 62, female, 251 lbs. I have had tendinitis in the arm, and have been going to physical therapy for a pain in my right bicep. Of course I exercise both arms. I take Tylenol and tramadol for arthritis pain and lisinopril .

After going through your query I concluded that you have got probably tendinitis in your left shoulder. It seems me due to over exercises. You can stop exercises till it heals as it require rest. You are already taking analgesic for arthritis pain relief, the same can be continued for this pain relief. Vitamin B and C will be of use. You can discuss your doctor about it.
