Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms could be related to low blood pressure or anemia.

I recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam and some tests:

- a resting ECG
- a chest X ray study
- complete blood count for anemia
- kidney and liver function tests
- fasting glucose
- blood electrolytes.

It is also important to closely monitor your blood pressure during these episodes, to exclude possible low blood pressure.

A head Up Tilt test would be needed if suspicions of orthostatic hypotension are raised.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
