What Causes Sudden Raise In Heart Rate,breathlessness And Dizziness?

sometimes when i stand up after sitting down or laying down my heart starts beating like crazy, i run out of breath and feel dizzy sometimes i feel myself start to swat, I'm 18 years old 5'5 110 lbs. but don't really exercise. is it just that i'm out of shape?

Your symptoms point to a panic attack. They can be caused by the use of a substance like marijuana, emotional distress, phobias etc. I usually advise my patients to do a deep breath exercise, avoid caffeine and do a general exercise like jogging and it helps.
