Hello. My name is Terry. I have this sudden shaking inside my upper body, mustly in my arms. Sometimes, I wake up during the middle of the night with my brain is shaking and I feel dizzy and I am confused. THis only last about 1-2 minutes. My heart rate drops low when I am sleeping, I did have low Blood pressure now I am right were the average person pressure is. Thank you reading this answering.
