Hello yes last night I was feeling fine one minute, watching television and then I had sharp pains in my left side of my chest that went through to the left side of my back. I have been to the doctor this morning and he ran an ECG, which was all fine, and has advised that it sometimes can be muscular. Any other ideas. He has prescribed Nurofen and rest.
