What Causes Sudden Stiffness And Pain On The Right Side Of The Abdomen?

I picked up my fiancé last night and felt something move in the right side of my abdomen. After about an hour it started to feel stiff and slightly uncomfortable. Now, more than 15 post-incident, I can t sit comfortably, use my arm strength, or bend over. It s not an intense sharp pain, and there s no discoloration or swelling. Could I have a hernia?

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear Are male or female?? since when you're suffering from this problem. Are feeling exacerbation of St the end of deep inspiration?? Is it colic pain or full aching pain? Are you felt any vomiting??

Probably pain may be due to acute cholecystitis or hepatitis or right renal calculi or right pyelonephritis. Please get ultrasound scan and get treated accordingly.

I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
