What Causes Sudden Swelling In Left Leg, Foot And Ankle?

yes last few weeks I have had unexplained swelling of left leg, foot and ankle, with light swelling on right leg randomly, but not fluid retention, when I press on the swollen area it is not like memory foam. seems to bother me more after coffee, tea or soda, so went on low sodium diet, but no change. any ideas?

firstly u should check serum ceratanine level then after the medicine reamides also check thyroid level
