What Causes Sudden Vibration In Whole Body And Fast Heart Rate?
I just woke up from a short nap and my body is vibrating because my heart rate is so fast, why is that happening? I have been diagnosed with a viral infection so im on two kinds of antibiotics and i have been throwing up and coughing when i move suddenly.

Hi Looks like you are suffering from viral fever manifesting into viral myocarditis, Do not worry It is more common with these fevers Due to viraemia, dehydration, temperature variation, , electrolyte imbalance, fever myalgia sudden onset of palpitations are , more likely It is usually self limiting (may last for 3 to 4 weeks duration) It alternates with bradycardia to tachycardia, presenting with palpitations.
