What Causes Sudden Vision Loss Along With Racing Heart Beats?

My friend who is a 48 year old female has on 3 occasions suffered an attack where she lost her vision/only saw static (similar to a lost tv channel),racing heart, sudden painon the side of her head, felt nauseus. It lasted approx 20 seconds & has occurred once a year ago, a week ago & just yesterday. It happens in without warning & sometimes in mid-sentence. I am very concerned for her. Your thoughts please?

asper information and history it appears to be migraine.get compete eye examination, refraction, fundus examination and muscle function. if migraine then start taking migranil and increase dose upto 6tablet till improve from all symptoms.
