What Causes Sudden Weight Gain Even After Following Strict Diet Control?
age:19 height: 5'8"weight: 187
I am super athletic and work out at least 5 days a week on average for about 1.5 hours. I eat a very healthy diet full of fruit, veggies, smoothies w/ protein powder, and nuts... this is the highest weight I have ever been and i've been eating healthier and working out more than I have in the past. I feel like this weight gain has been very sudden. Just two weeks ago I was 181....and a couple weeks before that I was 175 ish... not much has changed in my diet... if anything im eating healthier and I work out all the time! I run 11 miles...do kick boxing... weights... I play on the college soccer team.... I just don't understand? do you have any idea what could be up?
hello, as per the details you have given your BMI is 28 you are in overweight category.. take calculated quantities of what all you have said..take the help of dietitian or use internet for details.. take 500-700 cal less than what you are taking now.. decrease carbohydrates.. avoid dairy products .take protein shake with water.. get your BCA done..as people with more weight always needn't be overweight or obese..it may be right for their body.. don't worry..calorie counting is as important as workout in weight management..
hope my answer helps you if you have any more queries i would be happy to answer..
