HI MY SON HE IS 6 YEARS OLD NOW HE WAS NORMAL BEFORE 4 MONTHS BUT NOW HE START TO GAIN WIGHT WHEN HE IS WAKLING HIS MUSCLES LOSS AND BODY AND MOUTH ALSO SOME OPEN AND TONGUE ALSO BUT SOME TIMES HE LOOKING COMPLETLY NORMAL I AM SO CONFUSE PLEASE HELP ME
