What Causes Sudden Wetness While Sitting/standing Or Waking Up?

I am 29 years old and having issues durng the day and in the morning when I wake up, that when I sit or stand, I happen to pee or have discharge, not sure which. There is no smell, however I will be at work and all of the sudden I am wet. What can cause this and what can I do to fix it.

- problems of bladder musculature - damage internal urethral valve
- neurological issues - diabetes related - recurrent infections -
others .

* Requires intensive work up with basic lab tests , ultrasound and
diagnostic cystoscopy with or without uroflowmetry .
