What Causes Suffocation And Uneasiness After Eating Food?
The time is 00:12 am (midnight). I took food at 10pm. After 1 hour I felt some suffocation or uneasiness in the chest making me a bit uneasy. I took some hot water and I found temporarily ok. But again I getting uneasiness now. Is it anything to be attended immediately.

Hi,
It seems to be some food toxin-induced gastritis that causing uneasiness. You can take over the counter antacid like rabeprazole for that. It's advisable to investigate with EKG as well just to be sure that it is not any cardiac cause.
